Gabrielle enjoys learning about her clients' business operations and providing strategic advice to help them achieve their goals. Gabrielle's clients include Crown corporations, municipalities and retail and manufacturing companies.

As an advocate, Gabrielle represents clients at grievance arbitrations, provincial and federal labour board hearings and at all levels of court. A significant part of Gabrielle's practice involves providing advice on employment related human rights issues and appearing as counsel before the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal.

Gabrielle received her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1993 and was called to the B.C. Bar in 1994. She has practised employment and labour law since then and is a founding partner at the firm.

Gabrielle enjoys the outdoors and has recently spent time hiking and exploring the US Southwest. At home, she is a gardener and yoga enthusiast
