Drew provides proactive and strategic advice to employers on labour, employment and human rights issues in the workplace. He also represents both employers and employees in wrongful dismissal actions. Drew has represented clients before a number of judicial and administrative bodies, including the Supreme Court, Provincial Court, Labour Relations Board, Human Rights Tribunal and Employment Standards Tribunal. Drew is a member of the B.C. Employment, Labour and Human Rights sub-sections of the Canadian Bar Association.

Drew received a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Industrial Relations Management from U.B.C. and a Law degree from Dalhousie Law School prior to being called to the B.C. Bar in 2006. Drew articled and practised in the Labour & Employment Group of a large national firm before joining Roper Greyell in 2008.

Drew is an avid sports fan(atic) and outdoor enthusiast. He plays hockey and tries to golf, and enjoys skiing, hiking, and exploring remote places in B.C. under the pretence of trying to catch fish.
