Announcements:

Delayne M. Sartison honoured by Q.C. Appointment
On December 22, 2011, Delayne M. Sartison along with 28 of her esteemed colleagues in B.C. received the Queen’s Counsel honour from Attorney General Shirley Bond. The QC designation is an honour conferred on members of the legal profession “to recognize exceptional merit and contribution.” Delayne, one of Roper Greyell's founding partners, has more than 20 years of recognized excellence and leadership in her field and has particular expertise in the application of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in the workplace.

Delayne credits the work of the whole "RG team" for attracting this honour. The official announcement along with a list of all 28 B.C. appointees can be found here.

We are delighted to announce the admission of James D. Kondopulos* to the partnership.
James is one of the founding members of Roper Greyell.  He specializes in the practice of employment, labour and workplace human rights law and, also, investigates and reports on allegations of workplace harassment, bullying and code of conduct violations.

At Roper Greyell, we continue to build a legacy of dynamic leaders to serve your business needs and help you achieve the results that matter to you.

James is a key part of this legacy.

RG named as one of Canada's top ten labour and employment boutique firms.
Roper Greyell LLP is recognized across the nation as a leader in employment and labour law. For the second year in a row, the firm's contributions have been recognized in Canadian Lawyer magazine's feature on the top 10 labour and employment boutique firms in Canada. This year, Roper Greyell was the only firm from British Columbia to appear on this exclusive list.

Canadian Lawyer's editorial team selects Canada’s top labour and employment boutiques by creating a short list of the most notable firms in their respective fields. From there, the team draws on the experience of in-house counsel and large firm lawyers who refer work to these boutique firms, and conducts a series of confidential interviews to identify the 10 very best.
